How to Earn Points:
Service Appointments: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on services.
Product Purchases: Earn 2 points for every dollar spent on products.
Rebooking Bonus: Double your service points by rebooking your next appointment before leaving the salon. These extra points are added when the rebooked appointment is checked out.
Reviews and Social Media: Earn 50 bonus points for writing reviews on Google, Facebook, or Yelp, and for posting and tagging us with your fresh Elysium hair on your socials, sharing product videos, and writing reviews.
Membership Tiers:
Level 1: 900 to 1,200 points - Enjoy an introductory quarterly treat box.
Level 2: 1,200 to 2,100 points - Unlock your level 2 quarterly curated treat box.
Level 3: 2,100 points and above - Experience our most exclusive quarterly treat box.
Important Dates for 2024-2025: Each Luxe Loop quarter ends on the following dates:

After these dates, points will be reset as close to the quarter-end as possible (please note that weekends might cause slight delays, as this process is done manually). Once your points are reset, the salon will have all the details on your points balance, and you will also receive an email letting you know which level you’ve reached.
Collection Window: You will have a full three months to collect your Luxe Loop box, so there’s no rush—pick it up at your convenience during your next visit.
Special Launch Bonus: To celebrate the launch, all clients will be automatically enrolled in the Elysium Luxe Loop.
