YOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Did you know that Elysium Hair Brisbane is a family-run small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available?

The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with Elysium Hair Brisbane, we guarantee you this time and appoint one of the team to take care of your needs.

As a new client, when booking an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit details of which are as follow:

• $50 deposit for cuts, colours, blow-drys, special occasion hairstyling or any combination of these

• $20 deposit for fringe cuts and style bar appointments

Your deposit is not an extra charge and is held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 48hrs, don't show up for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

To ensure the return of your deposit, please advise Elysium Hair Brisbane on 07 3229 0816 48hrs before your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. This minimum cancellation period will give your hairdresser a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot in their diary.

If you are using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 48hrs notice.

For your convenience, you can call Elysium Hair Brisbane anytime if it's outside of salon hours we will be able to pick up your message.

Last-minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Elysium Hair Brisbane their clients and team.They have found that the deposit policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments, and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful clients.

Elysium Hair Brisbane reserves the right to cancel all appointments where a deposit has not been made.
